Students will understand 7 systems of counterpose for sequencing and creating series for their students
Students will be able to analyze the effects of a yoga pose on 7 different levels
muscular, skeletal, circulatory, organic, energetic, emotional, chakra.
Students will receive and practice from a complete dictionary of yoga poses plus a dictionary of seldom taught partial postures: arm, leg, torso, neck, face, hand, and foot postures
Students will receive International certification and diplomaRequirements:
Regular
attendance to Teacher Training is mandatory, as well as attendance to
Integrated School of Yoga classes. Before applying for diploma, you
will be required to pass a written final exam.
Cost:
$200 per month or $1100 up front
plus $50 a month for an unlimited pass to complete the weekly practice requirement
plus a one-time $140 diploma fee to International Yoga Federation
Texts, syllabus, and bibliographies will be provided in class and via email, cost is included
