Integrated School of Yoga

Namaste!  Integrated School of Yoga teaches the Purna Yoga method.  Purna means to integrate or combine.  It is a yoga method for the modern person which combines all the great yoga methods into one method.  This school celebrates the diversity of every person and offers growth in yoga to practitioners of all levels, passions, and backgrounds.
