Julia Bryer, Yoga Teacher

Julia’s love of yoga comes from the happiness and great health that it has created in her. Health and happiness is what she hopes for all students of yoga, and is her motivation for designing and teaching her classes. Julia had the honor of studying under Master of Yoga Ma Shakti Devi through the Integrated School of Yoga, where she earned her International Yoga Federation teaching diploma. Her passion is for teaching Yoga Integral. It is a style of Hatha yoga that integrates techniques from all of the other Hatha styles, and includes twists, laterals, and asymmetries, as well as arm, hand, face, and leg postures. Julia is also certified to teach Traditional Hatha, Classical Raja, Artistic, Power, Ashtanga Vinyasa, and Yogatherapy. She also thoroughly enjoys Kirtan, the singing of mantras. She pulls from all of these methods and styles of yoga to create her Yoga Integral classes.

 Marianne Goodell (Kali Durga)

Marianne is a certified Yoga Teacher with the International Yoga Federation. She loves to teach many methods including Yoga Integral, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha, Artistic Yoga, Power, Restore, and Chants.

Marianne was trained in the Purna Yoga Integral tradition, learning a variety of yoga techniques and philosophies while being guided into yoga sadhana.

She started taking yoga as a student of Iyengar style pre-natal yoga in 1998.  After a break, she started yoga in earnest attending Anusara, restorative, gentle, power, and vinyasa style classes. Her teacher training helped her incorporate yoga into her daily life.

In addition to yoga as a creative outlet, Marianne also designs and creates jewelry. When she’s not teaching yoga or making jewelry, she spends time with her husband and two sons enjoying the outdoors walking, running, hiking, and camping. She is a graduate from the University of Utah with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management.
